Refund policy

At My Favourite Clothes, we specialize in vintage, pre-owned, and one-of-a-kind items. Due to the unique nature of our inventory, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged or significantly different from its description.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only if:

• The wrong item was shipped.
• The item arrives damaged.
• The item has a major flaw that was not disclosed in the listing.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Vintage and pre-owned clothing with normal wear.
• Items that do not fit as expected (please review measurements carefully).
• Sale, clearance, or discounted items.
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Return Process

To request a return, email us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

• Order number
• Photos of the item
• Description of the issue

Approved returns must be shipped back within 5 days of approval.

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our inventory, exchanges are generally unavailable.
