  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Processing times may be extended during holidays, special promotions, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight
  • Package dimensions
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on the website.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States using major carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Delivery estimates:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, My Favourite Clothes is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim if necessary.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the package and item immediately.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Include your order number and photos of the damage.

We will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution.

Multiple Item Orders

Items may occasionally ship separately depending on size, inventory location, or packaging requirements.

Additional shipping charges will not be applied after checkout.

International Shipping

At this time, My Favourite Clothes ships only within the United States.

If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated accordingly.
